We planned Hannah's surgery the week before Thanksgiving so that she wouldn't need to take as much time off of school but it meant that we needed to stay home and not go anywhere. Our friends came up from Cincinnati to celebrate with us. We had a fantastic meal and a lot of fun. This was the first real Thanksgiving meal that I've had to do and it turned out to be a lot of fun. We made enough food for an army but that just meant we could continue to enjoy the leftovers for many days. Kim and I went shopping on Thanksgiving night as well as black friday and Saturday we celebrated Richard's birthday.
