I love celebrating cinco de mayo. Richard wasn't home this year so I made some yummy chimichangas for dinner. We also had chips and salsa and horchata to drink. The kids decided we also needed music, dancing and dressing up to finish the night off. A few days later our good friends the Dehdari's drove all the way from Columbus to see us and celebrate it properly with some homemade mole. I have to say that it was very good and we enjoyed the leftovers for several more meals afterwards.
