Frosting

The other morning we woke up to frost on the ground. The kids asked a lot of questions about the frost since they've never noticed it before. It killed all of my beautiful mother's day flowers that the kids had planted for me. I did my best to explain what frost is to the kids while we drove to school. After we dropped the girls off Jeremy got really excited and then said "look mommy there's frosting on the roof"

"and there's frosting on the grass"

"and there's frosting on the bushes"

"there's frosting everywhere!"

I wonder if he thinks he can eat it. That would be pretty exciting to wake up to a world covered in frosting. I want chocolate flavored.
