We've been talking about moving forever but now that we have the house up for sale it's really weird. But it's done. There is a sign in the front yard to prove it. The house is cleaned up and ready to show, we did an inspection so that we would know what we are up against, the pictures have been taken, the papers have been signed with the realtor and there is a sign in our front yard. We really don't know what's going to happen but we feel like this is what we need to do. Richard has his application in and now all we can do is wait and keep the house clean.
