Granby gator night is our school's carnival that they have each year. The kids were so excited and it was a fun night for all. Jeremy wouldn't do anything until he found Ali and they had dinner together. Each of the kids had $10 to spend for the night. I was impressed that they were able to budget their money well enough to buy their dinners first and then the rest on tickets.

Sarah just observed for most of the evening until it became apparent that the kids had more tickets than they could use before the evening was over so they started giving them to Sarah.

Here's Jeremy playing a game where you try to get the rubber chicken in the pail.

Hannah was most excited about the face painting. If you can't tell it's a dolphin.

Here she is sporting some awesome glasses that she won at the fishing game.

Once Sarah realized that you got things from those games and those things are sometimes candy- there was no stopping her.

By the end of the evening she was a mess- covered head to toe with stickyness and she was exhausted. Notice there weren't any pictures of Rachel. That's because I didn't see her the entire night. She was off with her friends from the minute we walked through the door. It was strange for me to just let her go and not be keeping an eye on her the entire time. She is getting to be quite mature. She spent the whole night running around with her friends and didn't even have time to use hardly any of her tickets. They all had a great time. I love seeing them with their friends and happy and comfortable in their school environment.
